Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is a key position in the Opsis Marketing team, providing design concepts and producing marketing materials to support the Opsis brand across a wide array of media. Our ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience and share our passion for design excellence, collaboration, and creating a unified visual language for our firm.

In addition to acting as a steward of the Opsis brand materials, the graphic designer will work directly with the marketing team, firm leadership and project teams to manage and consistently communicate the Opsis graphic identity. The graphic designer’s work will celebrate the design aesthetic of Opsis and illustrate our commitment to design excellence through all forms of communication.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Work will include:

  • Development of materials for proposal and interview presentation teams
  • Marketing collateral templates, including brochures, resumes and proposals
  • Award submittals
  • Advertisements, exhibits, displays and promotional materials
  • Charts, graphs, diagrams, infographics and other communications graphics
  • Architectural team reports and presentations
  • Graphic materials library
  • Social media content
  • Website updates
  • Video editing

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, clearly communicate graphic concepts with fellow team members, and work with minimal oversight to gather content and feedback across the office.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, graphic design, or communications role. Experience with an architecture firm preferred.
  • A degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or related combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with Adobe CS Suite & Microsoft Office Suite; experience working with WordPress.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail. Responsible for the overall quality of work produced.
