opsis architecture

In the past thirty years, the City of West Linn has experienced rapid transformation, significant population growth and an equivalent increase in the number of community groups, organizations and corresponding community needs. Opsis Architecture, in association with Ballard*King and Water Technology, Inc., worked closely with the West Linn community to analyze market demographics, develop space component program /concept design alternatives, and create a preferred concept design with a capital cost estimate and an annual operation costs projection. The preferred space program is a 59,700 sf facility that will house a recreational pool, a multi-purpose gymnasium, an elevated walk-jog track, group exercise rooms, a cardio / weight room, a teen hangout area and multi-use classrooms / community gathering space.
