Senior Project Manager

We are searching for a project manager to join our practice. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager and team member with leadership potential who is interested in opportunities for growth within our firm. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong design sensibility but has a natural affinity for the unique responsibilities required of a true Project Manager. This position requires someone who represents the firm, understands the client’s needs and advocates on behalf of both. The Project Manager must possess basic skills of project management (budgeting, scheduling, staffing, etc.) and values, at the highest level, the attentive care of and consideration for our clients. This position requires exceptional communication collaboration and organizational skills, a depth of experience working with clients and contractors and a solid measure of confidence in a client presentation environment.

Requirements include:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.

Proficiency in the software and technologies that support architects to excel.

10+ years’ experience in a professional architectural practice.

Professional Architect License.

Ability and desire to lead projects with a degree of independence commensurate with the size and complexity of the project.

Interest in ongoing learning and action to promote, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in the profession and community.

Understand and value the power of collaborative design.

LEED Accreditation or a strong interest in sustainable design as a starting point.

A fundamental commitment to justice, equity, diversity, inclusion and the power and potential of architecture to be a catalyst in the creation of a more open, empathetic, and regenerative society.
