Students seeking to enroll at the college have struggled with finding economical, quality housing options in The Dalles for years – the new two-story, 50-bed residence hall improves accessibility through affordable, long-term housing for students from throughout the region.

Located at the very heart of the campus, the facility offers breathtaking views of the Columbia River, a shared common kitchen and outdoor terrace overlook the main campus quad amphitheater.
This project is a key feature in building a strong sense student life community on campus. Open lounges on each floor provide space for informal learning and social interaction and have been designed with abundant natural light and views accented by colors and materials that bring inside the unique natural environment of the Columbia Gorge region. Other amenities include an enclosed study room, two laundry rooms and bike parking.
Each unit is a suite housing four students and offers a shared living space and shared bathroom with two sinks, toilet and shower.
