That’s a wrap on the 2025 Coliseum Summit! Opsis Principal and sports enthusiast Chris Roberts teamed up with Nathan Burk, Senior Associate Athletic Director at Boise State University, for a one-on-one conversation exploring the transformation of the 36,363-capacity BSU Albertsons Stadium North End Zone (NEZ) project. Together, they offered insights into collaborative project delivery, operational planning and bold thinking needed to stay competitive in today’s collegiate athletics arena. With experience leading innovative, high-impact athletic facilities, Chris brought a designer’s lens to a dialogue focused on strategy, identity and future-proofing intercollegiate athletic projects.
Opening in fall 2026, the Albertsons Stadium NEZ expansion will redefine the student-athlete and fan experience while supporting the university’s commitment to athletic excellence.
